Alone on stage, Émeric Cheseaux tells the story of his move from a small town to the “big city”. Through his imitations, he paints funny, touching and deeply human portraits of the figures who populated his early years.
Full of humor and truth, La révérence takes us into the most intimate of family relationships, where two subjects dear to its performer collide: the rural environment from which he comes and his “difference”.
It’s a local story in which we’re bound to recognize ourselves.
