On the occasion of Biblioweekend 2025, the Médiathèque Valais - Martigny invites you to take part in the first edition of La grande Dictée de Daniel Rausis on March 29 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
This long-running dictation will take place in the reading room. It’s intended to be a spelling game, in a spirit of sharing and conviviality around the French language, its traps and tricks.
Composed especially for the occasion by the mischievous Daniel Rausis, the dictation text invites you on an entertaining journey through the subtleties of written French. It demonstrates the power of words, when used in the right way, to bring people and cultures closer together, nurturing interesting exchanges.
Whether you’re passionate about syntax and spelling, or universally curious, this stimulating and entertaining experience will give you the opportunity to put your knowledge to the test, while sharing a pleasant moment with the other players.
