Eric Boschman is a Belgian sommelier, born in 1964, who was voted Belgium’s best sommelier in 1998. Eric Boschman is an undeniable gastronome, a lively storyteller and an expert in both wine and humor, and has become a label in his own right.
“Ca va saigner”, a promise, a statement. This time, it’s no longer a story about drinks, but a bittersweet observation about earthly foods. The man has found a plateau, he has tightened up his work, less messy, more precise, he touches where it itches a bit and we come out shaken.
