In Martigny’s wine-growing area, the diversity of the dry-stone walls is amazing when you see them for the first time. In fact, in the past, local stone was used, and the appearance of the low walls depended on stone found in the area but also pebbles carried down by the melting of the glaciers. What is the influence of all that on the wine? You can discover the answer during a guided tour which includes 4 wine tastings.
Possibility to include the visit of the small exhibition “Soil and Wine” at the Museum of Earth Sciences.
