Raclette tasting at the Fromathèque

This is an avant-garde dairy which produces cheeses with milk from sheep organically, as well as goats and cows.It is the ideal place to organise a tasting of raclettes in the true tradition. Several cheeses will be served so that you can discover flavours from different alpine pastures.
