By adventuring a few more metres off the trail, you will be able to enjoy the magic and coolness of the Fairy Grotto.
This walk invites you to make an ascent and discover the Plateau de Vérossaz, by following the path up the majestic cliff which overlooks the town of Saint-Maurice. You can admire the magnificent panoramic view of the Salantin and all of the Rhône Valley. Why not complete your walk with a visit to one of the main tourist sites in the city : the Fairy Grotto, military forts, the Château de Saint-Maurice as well as the Abbey and its treasure.
