This museum reveals the wealth of minerals found in the canton of Valais.
An impressive collection of crystals and minerals is highlighted in the permanent section of the museum. Visitors can discover giant quartzes, fluorescent crystals as well as their reconstruction; in the basement, there is a natural mine gallery.
The site also has a floor dedicated to temporary exhibitions with the theme of Earth sciences.
