Dr Jean-Jacques Hosselet is a pulmonologist and specialist in problems of somnolence and concentration. He is the Clinic Head of the Paris hospitals and has done research at the somnolence laboratory in the New York University Medical Centre. He approved the new measurement technique of respiratory output (nasal cannula) realised during somnolence study and he discovered a new respiratory event “the occurrence of output limitation”. This explains why diagnosis and management Obstructive Sleeping Breathing Disorder (TROS in French) is Dr Hosselet’s main activity.
